Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream is seeking a Work Flow Coordinator to optimize warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage inbound/outbound flows, assign work via IMREX, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the distribution center.

You will collaborate with frontline teams and site leadership to meet daily goals, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with IMREX, AS400, and SAP preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor peers.
• Experience in logistics and forklift operations.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and workload via IMREX.
• Manage yard moves and dock alignment.
• Perform periodic audits of documents (BOL, ICC).
• Provide daily workload and performance reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure security and safety procedures.
