Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Inc. in Laurel, MD is seeking a Warehouse III to efficiently handle finished goods and raw materials, operate a forklift or pallet jack, and participate in palletizing and staging.

You will follow safety policies, maintain accurate inventory, inspect pallets, and support production with timely material movement. The role requires stamina, weekend availability, and the ability to read and understand English safety documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and operate forklifts safely.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety instructions in English.
• Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as production requires.

Responsibilities

• Palletizing operations and stacking finished goods and raw materials.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated palletizing equipment.
• Manually stack cases onto pallets according to patterns and quantities.
• Inspect pallets for damage and ensure safety/quality standards.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and labels with work orders.
• Safely operate forklift to move goods and load/unload trucks.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas around palletizing zones.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance checks on palletizing equipment.
