Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of warehouse/logistics experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing dry goods inventory (packaging materials, ingredients, MRO parts, etc.)
• Strong background in high-volume, fast-paced operations (FMCG preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team to set targets for warehousing service including inventory, production supply and timely delivery of goods.
• Oversee warehouse management system data integrity and drive process improvements.
• Manage relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate contracts with service providers.
• Ensure budgeting for warehousing and 3PL services is tracked and optimized.
• Maintain building, equipment and warehouse security.
