Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Workers Compensation Pricing Analyst in Minneapolis, MN, offering in-office work with potential remote options. The role focuses on evaluating risk, pricing, and collaboration with WC pricing teams to approve profitable business.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of underwriting WC, and familiarity with Salesforce; bonus, healthcare, and 401(k) plans are part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 2+ years of experience underwriting workers compensation.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar platform preferred.
• Experience with the Professional Employer Organization business model preferred.
• AINS or AU preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of legal entity which includes identifying exposures, completing a loss analysis, assigning workers compensation classification codes and determining appropriate workers compensation pricing within provided authority levels.
• Establish and maintain disciplined approach to review and manage the risk with the ultimate objective to approve profitable business.
• Develop effective relationships with TriNet colleagues in order to be able to collaborate throughout the WC review process
• Present workers compensation business for approval by the worker’s compensation insurance carrier that falls under submission guidelines to the Lead WC Pricing Analyst
• Provide consultative advice to management on WC Pricing guidelines, pricing standards and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned
