Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of the legal entity, identifying exposures and conducting loss analysis.
• Determine appropriate workers' compensation pricing within authority levels.
• Maintain disciplined risk review and management to approve profitable business.
• Develop relationships with TriNet colleagues to collaborate during the WC review process.
• Present WC pricing for carrier submission and obtain approvals.
• Provide consultative guidance on WC pricing guidelines and procedures.
