Job summary

TriNet, a leading HR solutions provider, seeks a Workers Compensation Pricing Analyst to evaluate submissions, identify exposures, and determine pricing within authority.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of workers' compensation underwriting experience; Salesforce and PEO knowledge are preferred. Minneapolis, MN based with potential remote hire at the company’s discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 2+ years of experience underwriting workers' compensation.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar platform preferred.
• Experience with the Professional Employer Organization business model preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of legal entity activities, identify exposures, and determine pricing within authority.
• Establish and maintain disciplined risk review and management to approve profitable business.
• Develop relationships with TriNet colleagues to collaborate through the WC review process.
• Present WC business for carrier approval under submission guidelines.
• Provide consultative advice on WC pricing guidelines and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Comply with policies and standards.
