Qualifications

• Typically 2+ years of workers' compensation underwriting experience.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Knowledge of Professional Employer Organization model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of legal entity exposures and loss analysis for WC pricing.
• Assign WC classification codes and determine pricing within authority.
• Present WC pricing for approval and maintain review discipline.
• Advise management on WC pricing guidelines, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to support WC pricing workflow.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
