Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Workers Compensation Pricing Analyst to evaluate risk and determine pricing for workers' compensation coverage. The role involves analyzing exposures, loss data, classification codes, and coordinating with internal teams to drive profitable business.

Collaboration with sales and WC pricing colleagues is essential. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and typically 2+ years of underwriting workers' compensation, with Salesforce experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 2+ years of experience underwriting workers' compensation.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar platform preferred.
• Experience with the PEO business model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of legal entity including exposures, loss analysis, classification codes, and pricing within authority levels.
• Establish and maintain a disciplined approach to risk review to approve profitable business.
• Develop relationships with TriNet colleagues to collaborate through the WC review process.
• Present workers' compensation business for approval by the carrier under submission guidelines.
• Provide consultative advice to management on WC pricing guidelines and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
