Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of WC underwriting experience, with Salesforce experience and PEO model familiarity preferred. Austin-based role with competitive benefits and salary transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 2+ years of workers compensation underwriting experience.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar platform preferred.
• Experience with the PEO business model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of legal entities, exposures, and loss analysis.
• Determine appropriate workers compensation pricing within authority levels.
• Establish and maintain disciplined risk reviews to approve profitable business.
• Collaborate with TriNet colleagues to support WC review process.
• Present WC pricing for carrier approval and provide consultative guidance.
• Adhere to all policies, standards and assigned duties.
