Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Workers Compensation Pricing Analyst to evaluate business, select and assess risks, and determine pricing. This role involves performing detailed legal entity analysis and managing risk to approve profitable business.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. The position is located in Atlanta, GA, with a competitive salary range of $63,600 to $108,100 and a variety of employee benefits.

A Brief Overview

The Workers Compensation Pricing Analyst evaluates submitted business in order to identify, select, and assess risk to determine adequate pricing.

What You Will Do

• Perform detailed analysis of legal entity including identifying exposures, completing loss analysis, assigning workers compensation classification codes, and determining appropriate pricing within authority levels.
• Establish and maintain disciplined review to manage risk, aiming to approve profitable business.
• Develop effective relationships with TriNet colleagues for collaboration throughout the WC review process.
• Present workers compensation business for approval by the carrier that falls under submission guidelines to the Lead WC Pricing Analyst.
• Provide consultative advice to management on WC Pricing guidelines, pricing standards, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience Qualifications

• Typically 2+ years of experience underwriting workers compensation required.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar platform preferred.
• Experience with the Professional Employer Organization business model preferred.

Location and Compensation

Preferred location is Atlanta, GA. Salary range for this location is $63,600.00 to $108,100.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in‑office role in Atlanta. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply and may be considered for remote hire at the company's discretion. Bonus eligibility may be based on TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
