Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Workers Compensation Pricing Analyst to evaluate business, select and assess risks, and determine pricing. This role involves performing detailed legal entity analysis and managing risk to approve profitable business.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. The position is located in Atlanta, GA, with a competitive salary range of $63,600 to $108,100 and a variety of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience underwriting workers compensation.
• Experience with the Professional Employer Organization business model preferred.
• AINS or AU certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of legal entity to identify exposures and determine pricing.
• Establish disciplined review to manage risk and approve profitable business.
• Provide consultative advice on WC Pricing guidelines.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong knowledge of workers compensation pricing/rating

Ability to communicate with employees at all levels

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
