The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and excels in client service, with experience in workers’ compensation or personal injury law and proficiency with case management software.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in workers’ compensation or personal injury law preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Florida workers’ compensation laws and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with legal case management software.
• High level of attention to detail and professionalism.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation claims under attorney supervision.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide updates.
• Collect and organize medical records, employment information, and documents.
• Monitor timelines and deadlines for cases.

• Prepare and submit required documentation to the Division of Workers’ Compensation.
