Our client, a leading litigation law firm with offices throughout the Northeast, has an immediate need for an experienced Workers Compensation / Insurance Defense Associate Attorney, to join our winning team in Manchester.

Our candidate of choice will actively represent clients in areas of focus include Professional Liability, Tort and Liability Defense, and Workers’ Compensation. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 1 to 3 years’ civil litigation experience and are eager to tackle complex legal challenges. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the New Hampshire State Bar, are essential prerequisites.
• You should possess at least one (1) year of prior civil litigation experience and experience in both New Hampshire state and federal courts.
• You should be a self-starter with strong advocacy skills. Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions, along with the ability to perform legal research and respond to discovery requests, is crucial.
• Taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions will also be part of your role, making attention to detail and effective communication are key attributes for success in this position.
