Established, regional business and litigation law firm in Manchester, New Hampshire, seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice.

You will manage matters from filing to resolution, conduct legal research and drafting, take depositions, participate in mediations and court proceedings, and advise clients and insurers while developing case strategy and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• Active admission to NH and/or MA Bar.
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Experience managing a litigation caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Develop case strategy and provide practical counsel to clients.
