The Atlanta Office in Alpharetta, GA is looking for a Workers’ Compensation Associate to join our growing team. The role requires a JD from an accredited law school and an active Georgia license, with 2–4 years of relevant litigation experience; WC defense experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license in good standing in Georgia.

• Experience in Workers’ Compensation Defense work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on workers’ compensation issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
