Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Workers Comp Analyst to manage and analyze workers’ compensation claims across the organization. The role collaborates with TPAs, insurers, medical professionals, and legal teams to ensure timely processing of claims and adverse outcomes are minimized.

The analyst will oversee OSHA 300/300A logs and participate in safety initiatives to reduce injuries, while providing guidance on reporting and compliance across campuses.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of workers' compensation experience.
• Experience managing OSHA Logs and BLS Surveys.
• Multi-line liability experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and partners with all Third Party Administrators (TPA) and outside counsel on workers’ compensation claims to value and settle claims promptly.
• Reviews and guides the organization’s workers’ compensation procedures for effectiveness.
• Advises Employee Services and campus teams on claims reporting and management.
• Leads process improvement initiatives and best practices in workers’ compensation.
• Acts as primary contact with internal teams and outside parties on workers’ compensation matters.
