Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Workers Comp Analyst to manage and analyze workers' compensation claims, partnering with TPAs, insurers, medical professionals, and legal teams. The role includes overseeing OSHA Logs and BLS Surveys, advising on claims reporting, and supporting safety initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with preferred Independent Adjustor licensure and multi-line liability experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in workers' compensation or related field.
• Independent Adjustor License preferred; multi-line liability experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze workers' compensation claims with TPAs, insurers, medical professionals and legal teams.
• Oversee OSHA Logs and BLS Surveys; ensure timely data reporting to agencies.
• Provide guidance on claims reporting, management, and return-to-work processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety protocols and claims processing efficiency.
• Conduct quarterly claims reviews with TPAs and campus/division teams.
