Ideal candidates have 5+ years of workers’ compensation claims or consulting experience, and a solid knowledge of FEHA, Interactive Process, and return-to-work programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with workers’ compensation claims or related consulting services.
• Strong understanding of workers’ compensation laws and FEHA compliance.
• Experience with return-to-work programs and interactive process.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret workers’ compensation data to identify trends and cost drivers.
• Develop and present reports, dashboards, and analytics for clients.
• Advise on compliance, program improvements, and cost containment strategies.
• Support clients in optimizing return-to-work programs and leave management.
