Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Workers Comp Analyst to manage and analyze workers' compensation claims across campuses in Kentucky. You will partner with Third Party Administrators, insurers, medical professionals and legal teams to ensure accurate processing and timely settlements, and to support return-to-work initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of workers' compensation or related experience.
• Strong data analysis and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze workers' compensation claims with TPAs and providers.
• Review procedures and advise on more efficient claim handling.
• Support claims reporting and return-to-work processes with campus teams.
• Oversee OSHA 300/300A Logs and related surveys annually.
• Lead quarterly reviews with TPAs and assist in safety initiatives.
