Responsibilities include investigating claims, determining compensability, handling medical bills and indemnity benefits, and reducing backlog with meticulous documentation and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience, including complex indemnity and lost-time claims.
• Workers’ Compensation claims experience in Indiana and/or Iowa.
• Ability to independently handle claims in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Help manage outstanding claims and reduce the team's current backlog while ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and responsive communication.

JCW is recruiting on behalf of a leading property and casualty insurance organization for an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to join their team on a temporary contract assignment. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting Workers’ Compensation claims across Indiana and Iowa. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background handling complex Workers’ Compensation claims, including lost-time, indemnity, and litigated claims, and the ability to independently manage claims in a high-volume environment.
