• 5–10+ years of Workers' Compensation claims handling experience.
• Strong knowledge of Iowa Workers' Compensation laws and regulation.
• Prior experience managing litigated Workers' Compensation claim.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skill.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage moderate to complex Iowa Workers' Compensation Lost Time claims from inception through closure
• Evaluate coverage, investigate claims, and develop appropriate claim resolution strategies
• Negotiate settlements with injured workers, attorneys, and other involved parties
• Coordinate with defense counsel and outside experts while directing the litigation process on litigated files
• Attend mediations, settlement conferences, and other proceedings involving serious injury claims

This is a fully remote opportunity responsible for handling moderate to complex Iowa Workers' Compensation Lost Time claims from inception through resolution.
