JCW is recruiting on behalf of a leading specialty property and casualty insurance organization for an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to join their team on a temporary contract assignment. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex Workers’ Compensation indemnity claims in Massachusetts. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in claims handling, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage claims through investigation, litigation, and resolution.
