The Law Offices of Bob Nehoray in California seeks a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager with at least 1 year of WC experience in a law office. You will manage case files from intake to resolution, coordinating with clients, providers, insurers, and attorneys under supervision.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a high-volume workload in a fast-paced setting, while contributing to building a developing office and team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience handling Workers’ Compensation files.

Responsibilities

A growing California-based law firm with offices in Los Angeles, Oakland, Riverside, and Palm Desert is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager. We have an opening for a Jr Case Manager, Case Manager, or Senior Case Manager based on experience in workers' compensation law.

Position Overview

The Case Manager will work directly with attorneys and staff to manage a caseload of workers’ compensation files from intake through resolution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent client communication.
