LAW OFFICES OF BOB NEHORAY in Oakland, California, is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager for our Oakland office. We have openings for Jr Case Manager, Case Manager, or Senior Case Manager based on experience in workers' compensation law.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain workers’ compensation case files under attorney supervision.
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys.
• Track deadlines, appointments, and case progress to ensure timely movement of files.
• Request, review, and organize medical records and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and file records.
• Assist with case strategy preparation and general administrative support.

We have an opening for a Jr Case Manager, Case Manager, or Senior Case Manager based on experience in workers' compensation law.

Position Overview

The Case Manager will work directly with attorneys and staff to manage a caseload of workers’ compensation files from intake through resolution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent client communication.
