The LAW OFFICES OF BOB NEHORAY is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager with relevant law office experience to join our team in Hemet, CA.

This role manages a caseload from intake through resolution, coordinating with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with merus case software and ability to multitask will help in growing a developing office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience handling Workers’ Compensation files.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with case management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain workers’ compensation case files under attorney supervision.
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys.
• Track deadlines, appointments, and case progress to ensure timely movement of files.
• Request, review, and organize medical records and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and file records.
• Assist with case strategy preparation and general administrative support.
• Managing client files using merus case.
