Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in California and in good standing.
• One or more years of workers’ compensation experience.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation statutes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and existing workers’ compensation cases for legal merit.
• Represent clients in hearings and mediations.
• Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct settlement negotiations for favorable outcomes.
• Provide legal guidance to Case Managers.
