Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an Attorney to learn Workers' Compensation from the ground up. The Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney will work with experienced Workers' Comp litigators on a heavy, complex caseload and hearings.

This role offers a linear growth path and the potential to earn more in Workers’ Compensation than elsewhere in the state. The position provides exposure to a rapidly growing practice group with a robust influx of cases after training.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day handling of cases and hearings.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery, demands, motions and memoranda.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interaction with expert witnesses including conferences, reports and affidavits.
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
