Morgan & Morgan in Naples, FL is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Workers' Compensation team. The Associate will support fellow Attorneys with a heavy and complex caseload in a firm known for its extensive resources and top-tier trial capabilities.

The role offers exposure to world-class case management, expert witnesses, and a collaborative environment that prioritizes maximizing outcomes for claimants and professional growth within a leading consumer-rights firm.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited school.
• Active Florida State Bar in good standing; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year of workers' compensation experience.
• Strong client service and communications skills.
• Excellent writing and oral advocacy abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery, and memoranda.
• Guide claimants through the workers' compensation case process.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and prepare reports and affidavits.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
