Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Insurance defense experience will be considered.
• Ability to independently manage files and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a workers’ compensation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related filings.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and conferences.
