Qualifications
1–3 years of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation experience preferred.
Insurance defense experience will be considered.
Ability to independently manage files and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
Manage a workers’ compensation caseload from inception through resolution.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related filings.
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and conferences.
