Jobot is seeking an applicant attorney for a well established plaintiff's firm in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on workers' compensation applicant matters and involves drafting all litigation documents, handling matters independently, and guiding clients through the process.

Ideal candidates will be admitted to the California bar, possess a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and have at least 2 years of workers' compensation experience. Volume work and some trial exposure are expected.

Qualifications

Job Details

This position is focused on workers' comp applicant work.

You will

• Handle matters independently
• Draft all litigation documents
• Act as your clients guide through the process
• Attend WCABs, depos, and appearances

What we're looking for

• Must be a member of the CA bar
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school
• At least 2 year of workers' comp experience
• You must be willing to work at volume, we are a volume firm
• You must be open to some trial work
