Own Your Caseload. Advocate for Clients. Build Real Litigation Experience.
A bit about us:

We are a plaintiff-side litigation firm focused on advocating for individuals navigating serious injury and workplace-related claims. Our practice is built around helping clients move through complex legal matters while we manage investigation, strategy, and resolution. We handle a consistent volume of cases that require both thoughtful development and readiness for trial, and we collaborate with outside experts when needed to strengthen outcomes. Our attorneys take ownership of their work while benefiting from shared resources, operational support, and a steady pipeline of meaningful matters.

Why join us?

We offer a compensation model designed to reward performance, including a competitive base salary, structured bonus opportunities tied to case outcomes, and additional earning potential through originated matters. Our attorneys receive support for professional expenses and benefit from a platform that provides consistent case flow and operational backing. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), health, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with paid time off that accrues consistently and can be used flexibly. This role is well-suited for attorneys seeking autonomy, financial upside, and the ability to grow their practice within a well-established litigation environment.
