Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year.

We are in search of a seasoned Workers Compensation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position that provides an exciting opportunity to handle complex workers compensation cases in a fast‑paced environment.

Ideal candidate: experienced professional with a deep understanding of workers compensation law and a passion for advocating for the rights of workers. This is a high‑impact role that requires strategic thinking, expert negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in all aspects of workers compensation claims, including hearings, trials, settlements, and appeals.
  • Conduct thorough and meticulous case research and analysis to develop effective legal strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
  • Provide expert legal counsel to clients, explaining complex legal concepts and processes in clear, understandable terms.
  • Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure the highest level of service to our clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in workers compensation law and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethics in all interactions.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel in the best interest of the client.
  • Advocate for the rights of workers, ensuring they receive the compensation they are entitled to under the law.
