Assured is modernizing insurance claims by turning deep Workers’ Compensation expertise into better product decisions. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Claims Operations to translate complex claims knowledge into workflows, data, and automation that help teams decide at scale.

The role emphasizes aligning medical, regulatory, financial, and operational perspectives to improve inputs, outputs, and outcomes across the WC claims lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on Workers’ Compensation claims experience, e.g., field or desk adjuster, examiner, or leader at a P&C carrier or WC-focused org.

Responsibilities

• Translate claims expertise into product requirements and workflows.
• Define standards for investigation, documentation, and handling of compensability and indemnity.
• Identify friction points in the claim lifecycle from FNOL to closure; propose data-driven improvements.
