Job summary

Assured Insurance Technologies Inc. is seeking a hands-on property claims SME to own the property-claims perspective inside Product, turning adjusting judgment and operational data into defensible workflows and measurable product improvements.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Claims Operations to reduce cycle time, improve estimates, and strengthen data integrity while maintaining regulatory controls and human oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on P&C property claims experience with credible adjudication decisions.
• Experience defining standards for claim completeness, documentation quality, and data integrity.
• Ability to translate claims concepts into actionable workflows and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review the property claims lifecycle end-to-end and identify friction points and automation opportunities.
• Develop expertise on how property claims decisions are data-driven and supported by reports and third-party data.
• Identify data gaps, misalignments, and vendor handoffs; diagnose root causes.
• Ensure core claims data integrity across systems and reporting views.
• Define standards for inspection quality, estimates, and audit needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Claims Operations to improve efficiency.
• Improve input/output of property damage data and enable dashboards and AI models.
• Translate insights into measurable product improvements and roadmap influence.
• Advise Product and Engineering as the internal SME on property claims.
