Assured is redefining the future of claims processing in the insurance industry. We are seeking a Product Subject Matter Expert for Workers’ Compensation to translate complex claims knowledge into practical product requirements, workflows, and decision frameworks.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Claims Operations to drive automation and smarter decisions at scale. You will influence how data is captured, how workflows function, and how claims outcomes are measured,

Qualifications

• Deep Workers’ Compensation claims experience.
• Knowledge of the full claim lifecycle.
• Ability to evaluate complex workflows and identify improvements.
• Comfort with ambiguous, high-leverage work.

Responsibilities

• Translate claims expertise into product requirements and workflows.
• Define decision frameworks for investigation, compensability, and reserves.
• Align cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Analytics, Claims Operations).
• Prioritize changes to improve outcomes and reduce leakage.
