Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree with 6+ years experience in Workers’ Compensation claims.
• Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation claims processes.
• Active property & casualty license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client empathy.
• Ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and database programs.
• Knowledge of ModMaster is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide service, guidance for prompt, fair handling of workers’ compensation claims.
• Develop action plans on high exposure claims.
• Support large client accounts with value-added services.
• Monitor claims to ensure reserve and handling accuracy.
• Liaise with insurers and clients to advocate for best resolution.
• Demonstrate ability to have respectful, challenging discussions.
• Set priorities and manage workflow using the company’s software.
• Collaborate with team to identify issues and solutions for clients.
• Analyze loss history and reports to identify trends and reduce cost of risk.
• Apply understanding of experience modifications, reserve analysis, and Unit Stat Card filings.
• Mentor Associate Claims Administrators on the team.
