Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited Law School.
• 1+ years Litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to clients on workers' compensation cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Effectively communicate with clients and managing attorneys.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
• Analyze, evaluate, synthesize, and research case law, statutes, regulations, and documents.
