Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney in St. Louis, MO to manage all aspects of client representation in workers' compensation matters and provide guidance to non-attorney staff to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Key duties include proactively communicating with clients, negotiating with insurers, drafting pleadings and settlement agreements, and representing clients at hearings, depositions, and mediations while maintaining accuracy and

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Bar license; Illinois license preferred.
• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong client communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates and claim status.
• Interact and negotiate with insurance companies.
• Draft case materials, correspondence, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings.
