  • Excellent negotiation abilities and advocacy during depositions and trial preparation.
  • Proficiency in drafting contracts, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining client communication.
  • Knowledge of employment law or general & commercial litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in workers' compensation law, along with comprehensive experience in litigation, legal research, negotiation, and client communication. Your expertise will help shape positive outcomes for injured workers while upholding the highest standards of legal advocacy and procedural law knowledge.

Duties
  • Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
