• Prepare trial briefs and appeals including petitions for reconsideration and writs.
• Take depositions of applicants and cross-examinations of physicians.
• Develop strategies for resolution with limited supervision.
• Prepare for hearings including trial exhibits and witnesses.
• Maintain a large caseload with minimal supervision.
