The Claims Manager leads a unit of Claims Specialists and Assistants, coaching them to ensure compliance, accuracy, and professional service.

The role includes performance management, mentoring, audits, and cross-department collaboration, while upholding company standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of audits and maintain quality in claims processes.
• Maintain collaboration across departments and adherence to Labor Code requirements.
