AvonRisk, a leading specialty risk manager, is seeking a Claims Clerk to provide clerical operations support for assigned Claims Specialists. The role involves preparing new files, calculating benefits, and processing payments while maintaining clear communications with providers and employees.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares new claims files and documents.
• Calculates benefits including TTD, Wage Loss, VRMA and PD.
• Issues compensation payments on a diary schedule.
• Notifies and communicates with providers and employees.
• Maintains clerical accuracy and supports claims specialists.
• Prepares litigation documents and rehabilitation forms as needed.
• Handles inbound inquiries and processes direct pays and mail.
• Documents notes in the Portal.
