Responsibilities

• Analyzes data to advise on claims, client relationships, staffing, workflow, and reporting.
• Communicates resolutions with impacted departments and clients.
• Attends quarterly reviews and supports sales efforts to retain accounts.
• Identifies opportunities to expand ancillary services on existing accounts.
