Job summary

Zen Educate Inc. in the United States is seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Administrative Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for internal teams and educators when reporting incidents, and to manage the end-to-end intake process.

You will collaborate with the WC Program Manager to implement a Return-to-Work program, maintain dashboards and logs, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the claims lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Workers' Compensation administrative coordination or claims assistance experience.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks.
• Empathetic communication skills and comfort using spreadsheets or claims management software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and educators when reporting new incidents.
• Complete initial claim intake, gather documentation, and submit filings to insurance carriers.
• Track open claims through their lifecycle and act as a liaison between injured educators and adjusters.
• Partner with the Workers' Compensation Program Manager to design and roll out a Return-to-Work program.
• Check in regularly with injured educators and organize medical work-status notes.
• Maintain claims tracking dashboards, OSHA logs, and audit records.
