Job summary

Zen Educate is seeking a remote Workers’ Compensation Coordinator to own the full lifecycle of the program for our US operations. You will manage incident intake, claims coordination, return-to-work, compliance, and reporting, ensuring timely communication with educators, schools, and carriers.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of workers’ compensation experience, solid knowledge of US laws, strong organization, and empathetic communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of workers’ compensation experience.
• Working knowledge of US workers’ compensation laws and claims processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and empathy.
• Comfortable with HRIS and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Workers’ Compensation program for US operations.
• Coordinate incident intake, claims, return-to-work, compliance and reporting.
• Develop and manage US return-to-work program with schools and leadership.
• Maintain records, dashboards, and provide compliance reporting.
