Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our Raleigh, North Carolina practice. You will manage a substantial caseload, contribute to statewide growth, and handle a steady influx of cases.

The role requires a JD from an accredited law school, active NC State Bar membership, and at least three years of workers' compensation experience. Expect comprehensive responsibilities across hearings, depositions, and negotiations with clients and experts.

Qualifications

• Must have JD from an accredited law school.
• Active NC State Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of workers' compensation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day handling of cases and hearings.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process and coordinate with witnesses.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft expert reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
