Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Insurance Defense Attorney for its Raleigh, NC office to handle workers' compensation and general liability matters for clients including insurance carriers and government entities.

The candidate must hold a North Carolina license in good standing and a Juris Doctor degree, with strong skills in legal research, writing, and client services. You will consult with clients, attend hearings, take depositions, and draft briefs and motions in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
• JD degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Detail-oriented and team player.
• Experience drafting briefs and legal documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience taking depositions and discovery.
