Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its North Charleston, South Carolina practice. The attorney will manage a substantial caseload and contribute to developing a statewide workers' compensation practice.

Responsibilities include managing hearings, drafting litigation documents, guiding clients, and coordinating with experts. A JD and active SC Bar membership are required.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Active SC State Bar Association member in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases and hearings on a daily basis.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the legal process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
