Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its practice. You will manage a substantial and complex caseload and contribute to developing a statewide workers' compensation practice.

The role requires a JD, active DC/VA bar membership, at least 3 years in workers' compensation, superb client service, and strong writing and oral advocacy. You will draft pleadings, handle hearings, and guide clients through the case process.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active DC and VA Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases and hearings daily.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
