Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting HR technology, payroll, or related areas.
• 7+ years hands-on Workday experience.
• Deep functional expertise across Payroll, Core HCM, Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Experience leading large-scale Workday initiatives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workday product vision, roadmap, and governance for payroll and HCM modules.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead releases, adoption, reporting, and value realization.
• Manage analysts, consultants, and vendor partners to drive outcomes.
